The original, the best. I invented, developed and tested these for 2 years. Anything else is an unproven knockoff. Hundreds of these are now all over the country, and more shipping out every day!
They are tall enough to keep your hull from dragging the bars as you load it. These can be attached to generic 1 5/8” x 1 5/8” Unistrut (not included) or flat mounted to a solid flat surface, such as square tubing, or your decking material. Mounting surface must be flat, rigid, stable, and a minimum of 1 1/2” wide. (2” x 2” x .120 wall square tubing is my personal favorite)
Fits 3” or 2” Schedule 40 PVC, select which size of PVC you will be using (Most people use 3” because it’s stronger). Recommended solid core.
The center bolt, nut, and washers are included with purchase.
To attach them to your trailer, you will need to provide your own 3/8 hardware, or purchase one of our hardware packs. One hardware pack installs a complete set of 4 Bunk Daddies.

The Bunk Plug 3.0’s are a simple solution to the open and noisy PVC bunk ends. And they fit flush so they wont scrape your hull.
Sold in pairs, made to fit 3 inch sch40 PVC, and are the perfect finishing touch to your Kayak trailer build. Install with marine silicone adhesive, and a single screw (the screw is included) Just a simple predrill, and hand install the screw.
This is the regular bunk plugs that we have been selling for the last couple years. We recently redesigned the product, and so we need to clear out what is left of the old style! These are not blems, they are just the discontinued design.

Hardware pack to attach your Bunk Daddies to your trailer. You will need one pack per set of 4 bunk daddies. There are a couple variations available, so pick your hardware set based on what you are attaching them to.
Each pack Includes all the following:
8 Nuts.
8 Bolts
8 or 16 washers depending on variant.
Zinc plated. We do not have stainless hardware, and cannot provide it as an option.

One pair of bunk daddies you can add-on to a full set to make a set of 6. Some people like to run a set in the middle of the bunks as well, so now you can order just 2 for that purpose. This is not a complete set, this is an additional pair for those wanting to use 6 instead of 4.

The same great Bunk Daddys, just uglier. Think of it like Aunt Gertrude’s tater tot casserole. Its fine, you know its fine. It tastes good, its just……… a little ugly.
These are parts that have a flawed appearance, but are structurally sound. Cosmetic goof ups so to speak. I don’t have a lot of them, so they aren’t always available. When I have a set available, I’ll add them to inventory at this reduced price.
